For three years, Odot has been the permanent partner of hotel group B&B HOTELS, which is on a real growth trajectory in Belgium and Luxembourg. By September 2025, the group will have 13 hotels in the region, with the ambition to further expand to as many as 30 sites over time.
Of course, this also brings with it challenges in terms of energy management - from drawing up correct budgets to optimally managing the energy needs of the various sites
Odot takes on the management of gas and electricity energy contracts for them, negotiates new contracts and provides billing control.

"As an environmentally conscious group, we are also rolling out an electric fleet and will also be installing solar panels. Odot's expertise will obviously come in handy in these facets as well."
