2. About your role
As the Energy Business Partner for Limburg, you are the face of ODOT in the region. You combine building new client relationships with deepening existing partnerships. You understand how companies in Limburg think and do business, and know how to translate opportunities into sustainable energy projects. You have a strong interest in energy opportunities for companies and wish to support them together with your colleagues in making the right choices in energy transition and integrated energy accounting management.
3. What will you do:
You detect new opportunities with companies in the region and actively expand your client portfolio.
You will maintain close contacts with existing customers and build long-term relationships.
You start from the customer's specific energy demand and translate it into a concrete and profitable collaboration.
You conduct interviews at the management and board level and know how to gain trust through substantive knowledge and an honest and professional approach.
You will work closely with colleagues on our Energy Management Team to offer and deliver each project flawlessly.
You will take initiative in regional networks, events and partnerships to increase ODOT's visibility.
Depending on your experience, you may also take up assignments on our Energy Management Team.
4. Your profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Energy Business Partner with a solid commercial drive, solid energy expertise and a warm network in the Limburg business world. You recognize yourself in this profile:
You have built a strong knowledge and experience in the operation of energy markets.
You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales (solutions/services) or account management, within energy, consulting or industrial services.
You have a strong existing network of business leaders and decision makers in Limburg.
You get energy from prospecting and contacting companies, closing deals and attach equal importance to relationship management.
You are analytically strong, understand numbers/a P&L and can present a business case convincingly.
You are a true team player, but also enjoy working independently.
You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is an asset.
