The people we recruit come to our country for long-term employment, a permanent contract or on a project basis, 3 to 6 months. Projects sometimes coincide with seasons, such as in horticulture or at tire plants.
We not only recruit, but also take care of all the administration for our clients and the employees. And we provide mobility solutions and housing if the employees want it. To this end, we rent about 60 private homes throughout Flanders. We work with long-term leases, but a fair share are short-term, for example to accommodate seasonal labor.

In the past, we worked with different energy suppliers. Switching on and off per site and all the administration around that was done by ourselves. And that was a bomb of work. We also paid regular market prices for our energy, even though we are quite a hefty "bundle.

Odot bundled our sites and because they know the market inside out, they purchase gas and electricity at the right time. We no longer invest management time in this, our energy expert constantly monitors the market. As a result, we pay less!
A second concrete benefit of our cooperation is the great efficiency gains in our internal processes. The administration per site is now done entirely by Odot's customer service department. We only pass on the changes. We also no longer receive 60 different invoices; we receive one advance invoice per quarter and one settlement per year. Just count our time savings!"
