Our history in a nutshell.
Odot is rooted in the vision of Chris Elbers, who has been very much involved in the industry and has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of the energy market. After its launch in 2017 as a scalable model for optimized energy contracts, our business expanded rapidly and complementary services were gradually incorporated along the way.
In June 2023 Odot persuaded the Belgian arm of BDO to participate via a capital increase. “Together with BDO, we aim to help our customers develop the most advantageous and sustainable energy strategy for the future." - Chris Elbers, CEO of Odot. This resulted in our current positioning as a partner in Energy Accounting, whereby we adopt a 360° approach to guide companies through the energy transition in a pragmatic and sustainable way.
